JME Partners is led by a U.S. Navy veteran whose career spanned strategic operations at the Joint Chiefs of Staff (J-2) at the Pentagon and at the NATO level, paired with an MBA from Boston University and PMP certification. That operator background — systems design, stakeholder fluency, and a DoD-audit foundation in program review and financial controls — is paired with a real estate development management practice spanning acquisition, entitlement, and ground-up construction, and combined with an AI-augmented practice the firm runs itself.
